(Week) Ye Olde Commons VII: Court of the Crimson King

1,200.00 1,350.00

The Heroes are trapped in Galen’s Hold, cut off from their resources and allies by the flood of demon armies. Insecurities, confusion, deception confront them at every turn. Unusual dreams of a world beyond the veils of the schisms of reality muddy the spirits of the once courageous. To the south, in Eldrainia, a terrible darkness, black beyond black, takes shape out of and into nothing. It won’t be long before this cloud, wings spread, comes over the Stone Knife mountains, bringing the demon armies with it— claiming what is left of the once noble and fertile lands of Allethia.

Some victories have been won in the last year however. The remnants of humanity have been taken sanctuary in the mountains of the Forlork Forest. One of the three demon lords has been defeated, weakening their master’s dark hold on mortal Etheraz. Most of the once vaulted Thirteen lie dead or are shadows of their former selves. The power source of the military mastermind leading the cimmerian armies has been destroyed. The crystal through which the Heroes draw their powers has been saved from a stygian curse and new secrets of the Ashen Lord’s powers and vulnerabilities have been discovered. However, it is darkest before the dawn and night is eternal here...

The darkest night spreads its wings, chains of the blacked suns.

Ferryman’s song echos ancient tongue, the requiem has begun.

A lullaby of nightmares and dreams, shadows darkly sing.

Light to never return to the lands, in the Court of the Crimson King.
